The hot melt road marking coating is composed of petroleum resin, EVA, PE wax, pigments and fillers, and other materials. It is in powder form at room temperature, heated to 180-200 ℃ using a hot melt kettle, stirred and insulated for 3-5 minutes before becoming a flowing film. It is applied to the road surface to form a strong coating film. It has the characteristics of full linear shape and strong wear resistance. During construction, reflective micro beads are scattered on the surface, which has a good reflective effect at night and is widely used on highways and urban roads. 1. Adhesion: With a unique formula design, it maintains good adhesion with the road surface. Applying our company's special primer (especially cement roadbed) before marking will make the coating and road surface bond more sturdy.
2. Anti slip performance: Contains anti slip additives to maintain good leveling performance of the coating, while also possessing good anti slip performance, ensuring maximum driving safety.
3. Reflectivity: The coating contains sufficient high-quality glass beads with stable film type refractive index, and according to the settling rate of glass beads in the coating, the mixed glass bead with different particle ratios are selected scientifically to ensure that the new and old markings always maintain good reflective effect.
4. Fast drying: Provide coatings produced according to different formulas based on different construction conditions such as temperature, humidity, and roadbed conditions during construction, ensuring excellent drying speed and anti fouling performance of the coatings.
5. Stability: Select raw material ratios with excellent light and thermal stability, use coatings in areas with strong lighting conditions, and add anti UV additives to ensure that the markings maintain their original color and luster for a long time.
6. Anti micro cracking: Marking micro cracking is a major technical challenge in the marking coating industry both domestically and internationally. Through long-term research organized by the company's scientific researchers, the problem of micro cracking of the coating itself has been thoroughly solved by adding high-temperature resistant lipid materials and functional system raw materials to the marking coating.
