1、 The road marking in the residential area is mainly set on the surface of the road, which is subject to sunlight, rain, wind, snow, and freezing, as well as the impact and wear of vehicles. Therefore, there are strict requirements for its performance. Firstly, short drying time and simple operation are required to reduce traffic interference; Secondly, strong reflection ability, bright colors, and strong reflectivity are required to ensure good visibility during the day and night; Thirdly, it should have anti slip and wear resistance to ensure driving safety and service life.
2、 Special marking paint is used for the marking of residential roads:
1. Paint film thickness: 1.2-1.5mm; Non stick tire drying time:<5min;
2. Appearance: The coating is clear and distinct, resistant to sunlight and temperature difference, does not change color, and has strong reflection at night.

3、 Hot melt marking construction process:
1. Reflective hot melt marking, using glass bead primer and petroleum resin hot melt coating.
2. Heat the coating in a hot melt machine, control the temperature after melting between 180 degrees Celsius and 220 degrees Celsius, and stir thoroughly for about 10 minutes before applying.
3. Mark the position and measure according to the design drawing, and then apply paint primer on the marked drawing.
4. Hot melt coating can be applied only after the primer is dry. Reflective glass bead can be spread while the marking line is painted to increase night recognition. The thickness of the marking line is 1.5-1.8MM
